THE HiP MACHINE returns to Port Perry for a performance at the historic Town Hall 1873 Theatre.
It has been two years since THE HiP MACHINE and frontman Darryl Aspin performed for his hometown of Port Perry. Darryl, of Hitcher fame, made his mark captivating audiences throughout Durham Region with his strong vocal ability and high-energy performances.
Inspired by the band, the man, the machine, THE HiP MACHINE brings you the music of The Tragically Hip the way it was meant to be heard - live.
Behind Darryl is a band of talented musicians, including guitarist Mike Rewegen, drummer Seth McNamara, bassist Stephen Reid, and lead guitarist Mike Marinuk.
The band combines live music with a visual element that deepens the connection to the songs. Our goal is to bring back a little of the energy of a live HiP show, along with the memories we all share.
